Great app. Easy to use. It's awesome that I can see my driver on their way to pick me up. Also, I like to be able to see when they take my children to their destination. I still don't understand the rating from drivers. I wear my mask, I'm always friendly polite and I wait outside for them. So, why do I lose points?
